NIH Public Access Mandate - Presentation
Arta Dobbs & Evelyn Morgen presented a seminar for GCRC on Feb 10th, 2009 titled “Public Access to NIH Research – It’s the Law.” This seminar described the background behind and the procedures for depositing manuscripts based on research funded by NIH into PubMed Central as required by federal law.
