Healthnet News- Winter 2013
The Winter 2013 issue of Healthnet News is now available on the Healthnet website at http://library.uchc.edu/departm/hnet/winter2013.pdf. This issue of the news has information on the influenza vaccine, things you should know about purchasing medicine from an online pharmacy and how to be safe, how to know if the online pharmacy is legitimate, information and resources about asthma, and a new website for Connecticut veterans. There’s also information about the most popular topics in the National Library of Medicine’s database MedlinePlus. Several new consumer health books of interest to public libraries are also reviewed.
